I agree a class action lawsuit is in order. Please do not waste your money on this corrupt government site. What do they expect you to trouble shoot every spin? They should make it CRYSTAL CLEAR to you when you join that your joining a site that is unreliable and will constantly crash when it comes to paying out. Then when you contact customer support you get the same speech, did you trouble shoot. You get unexpected error occurred or technical error contact customer support box, They will also log you right out. It does not matter if you play for 5 minutes or 5 hours there is always 'technical' issues that arise more so when your in a winning pattern or bonus. They have absolutly no issues taking money but if indeed you start seeing wins or bonuses thats when there is an unexpected error or a technical difficulty.
